"My husband Mark and I have been patients of yours for quite a while, seeing Dr. Tosland. When he cut his days in Olympia, Mark saw Dr. Ferris last week. He was so pleased with her professionalism and thoroughness that I changed my March appt. with Dr. T. to one with Dr. Ferris yesterday. My experience with her was the best optical appointment I remember ever having. Not only did my experience mirror Mark’s but she was very personable and explained what she was doing at every turn. I was especially pleased that, after she learned that I was familiar with anatomical and physiological terms, she began using those terms with me.
